I wish I could afford to live in Washington, D.C. That city is so expensive, but there is a lot to do. I lived in Baltimore, Maryland for about 4 months and hated it. I ended up moving back to North Carolina.

its an older house priced below market value. it gives the new owner some room to make upgrades.

16th Street Heights in the da house on Colorado Avenue, NW off 16th. Some of these old houses are probably haunted like the last one you showed in 16th Street, NW. No thank you. 🤣

The major issues with these homes in DC. Families will live in them for 30 plus years with no major upgrades or repairs. But still ask for market value as if they were new. The first homeowners never even replaced the windows. I understand folks with money, don't penny pinch, but money going out the window is a waste.
@BashirBadruDMVRealtor5 ай бұрын
the first home was actually priced below market value. that home is easily worth over $1M with additional upgrades

@BashirBadruDMVRealtor with 150k in repairs. That home needed alot of work to bring it up to date. I bet it even needed a newroof. Like I said no one updates the homes.

16TH Street Height is a "triangle" which stops at Colorado Ave NW/ 16th Street. The areas you're showing including the schools are not in our area. We take pride in our ownership of this area and have an association. No home in our area you can get for $800K+. Nothing under $1.5M+ for a fixer. You will probably delete my comment.

You said it's a nice neighborhood, so why are bars on the windows?
@BashirBadruDMVRealtor5 ай бұрын
It sure is. Majority of The homes were built in the early 1900’s when bars on widows was a common occurrence. A small minority of people who have owned their homes for decades just never bothered taking the bars off.

Maybe a prepared script ahead of time, filming and panning simultaneously at a medium pace. Moving back and forward is a little irritating, - Talk about the door fixtures and hinges. Describe the bedrooms with baths by saying, en suite. Try not using the words So and Then repetitively. You get an A- Grade. Ha- Take Care.

Wahington DC is no longer chocolate city. This title needs to be revoked and given to Atlanta.

There’s still more Black people that live in DC than Atlanta, about 300,000 in DC and only about 235,000 in Atlanta i’m sure Atlanta can come up with their own name. DC will always be chocolate city. The name was given to DC when we became the first black majority city in America. Mind you just like DC Atlanta’s black population has dropped from 2020 to 2022 from over 250,000 to now only 235,000
