The DC home was made for a very small and petite person. The hallways and door entries were too small . In addition why would anyone want to share a common space on a rooftop, when you could have a nice deck area off of the kitchen/living room area like in the townhome.

condo and town house is like apple to orange...plus condo fee is crazy compare to hoa fee

The area in DC is ugly so in make sense to put luxury in the homes vs the home in clarksburg is beautiful area
