In 1972 I lived in Clearwater, WA, which is north of Aberdeen about 65 miles and then about two miles east of the 101. Remote area to this day. Anyway, right after I moved there I started hearing all these stories about Sasquatch. I ended up making friends with the local Sheriff. One day I got up the nerve to ask his opinion of this and he matter-of-factly told me about an investigation he'd been a part of recently at a logging camp further north. The camp had been vandalized: 50-gallon drums had been tossed about as if they were beach balls, DC-9 Caterpillar dozers had been pushed over onto their sides; oh, and yes, the only clues left behind: some very large footprints.

Bigfoot are half human half demon - in ancient times just after god created the human race some of the fallen angels took on the appearance of men in order to have sex with women cos they found them beautiful but later god found out about this and put a stop to it and told these creatures to stay away from the human race as our natures are not compatible They have animal nature ours is human nature- this is why they stay far away from people in remote forests and wilderness - they have managed to survive to the present day - this comment keeps being deleted cos the forces of evil do not want people to know this

My Grandfather was a Lumberjack back in the late 1800s and early 1900s. I'm not sure where but I remember he and my Grandmother met in Virginia and her family was in the same line of work. When she was twelve she had three main jobs. Every day she. Made the biscuits for the entire camp, walked to and back from home for school and kept up all the books money-wise and everything else..of all the people in my life that have died I miss My Grandfather, Grandmother and my Dad who was their son. My memories of those three are priceless. I was born in 1958 several years after they moved to Florida..Hearing the word Lumberjack brought back these memories and a huge sense of regret that I never got to ask about all those years of Lumberjack stories. Thanks Chris for sharing all the stories I absolutely love them. ♥️

I would say the anger that Bill felt when he saw that something was vandalizing his equipment was equally matched by the anger the Sasquatch felt that someone was damaging their forest. Sasquatch 1, Bill 0 feel bad for Bill. By the time he figured it out it was too late.

In the late 70's in Oregon something horrifying ran the Bohemia Balloon crew out of the woods. I couldn't get anyone to talk but they came flying back out of the woods not long after they got up there. The entire crew was scared which is saying something. Whatever it was it scared an entire crummy full of big strong men with guns out of the woods.

But the equipment was vandalized and Randy was questioned but he did not give up his friends. His journey is truly awesome inspiring. He has a you tube channel where he tells the entire saga 🙏🏾

Another amazing post and Bill is toast which is horrible for him and his family I can't imagine the terror he must have gong thru. On a lighter note, I bet this is the first and last time you can use your standard beer beverage can as a prop to demonstrate how the hairy man crunched those huge drums! Love the pond and frogs! Best as always from Colorado!

Wow Chris, I think this is is the first story you did where someone disappeared ... forever! And thinking that something crushing your steel drums in the middle of a forest was being done by a rival instead of a something you don't want to mess with, is beyond my understanding. But then I've always believed since I was little that things that go bump in the night can be human, animal or something else. When people show you who they are, believe them the first time - Maya Angelou

Wow, Chris, this was a very intense 😳 😬 story. Poor Bill, he should have hired those guys again and had them there with him instead of trying to handle it by himself. So sad. I know if all three would have been hiding like Bill was, all three would probably be missing instead of just Bill. Never know 😬 😳 Although I'd like to believe that the three of them would have had a fighting chance. "RIP Bill." Thank you for sharing this story. When you tell the encounters, I feel like I'm right there in the middle of it. You have an amazing talent, Chris. Stay awesome, my friend. KEEP ADVENTURING GOD BLESS YOU!

As a US Army Climbing instructor stationed at Huckleberry Creek on Mount Rainer we would see boulders being thrown sideways out of forested areas near a repeal site we used to train troops. These very heavy boulders would land in a rocky slope. Never saw bigfoot but we couldn't lift the boulders. And they aways flew sideways coming out of the forest onto the slope. Knocking sounds were always near.spring & summer of 1978.

Damn, poor Bill. I mean, its one thing if someone told him that he was dealing with something that is not an everyday thing and deserves respect, or he hears its some powerful cryptid, but he laughs it off and thinks he can take it with his gun... But he probably just thought it was fellow human beings that he could scare off. Damn, I bet that went off the rails for him REAL quick. R.I. P. buddy.
