Honestly u can’t hate the dodgers for chocking it’s not there fault, for example bellinger he’s good in the off season but not in the playoffs it’s because the pitchers get better when you r in the playoffs, and u can’t hate kershaw for choking he’s plays his heart out but they just hit the home runs, joe Kelly is the same thing, he maybe just needs to fix his mechanics but overall the dodgers r a great team, they have a lot of potential just not rn, if you were in there shoes it would of been hard to hit a 95 fastball or even a curve, every player tries there best so just don’t be hating on teams

Kershaw should be a duel threat guy moving forward. He could be a 7th inning reliever and a #3 starter.
@fatshibaballs5 жыл бұрын
He still held up a 3.03 ERA and almost a below 1.000 WHIP. In the regular season, there's still no doubt about it, he's a god. He also has the 4th lowest career WHIP of ALL TIME. Two of which dont really count since it was the dead ball era with spitballs and dirtier style of play. Pitchers are old. Always have been. Kershaw's problem isn't his age. He just clearly can't focus during a postseason game. I don't know why they pulled his notoriously choking ass during the most crucial moment. They had so many better options than Ker... Maybe they should just all fool kershaw and act like it's a normal game...
@whywelovefilm70795 жыл бұрын
His age has nothing to do with it. Kershaw has NEVER shown up when it counted. During the Regular Season he has some of the greatest years in MLB History. But from the beginning, he has never been able to get the job done in the Playoffs. Not once. Yeah, he's old now and that was a factor this year. But it wasn't like Kershaw was some All-Time Clutch player who was now old and was out there giving it everything he had to pull it off one more time. It wasn't like that at all. It was the same Kershaw who shrinks when it counts the most, only now he was old too. I'm sorry man, I'm born and raised in LA and have been a Dodger fan my whole life. As much as it hurts to say this, it doesn't make it any less true. Young or old, Clayton Kershaw has never been able to win the big game. He has blown it countless times in the biggest games. It's become so frequent that everyone automatically got nervous when they took out Buehler and put in Kershaw. Everyone already knew. And the fact Dave Roberts would even put him out there should be enough to get him fired. I dont really want to get into Dave Roberts because he should've been fired. When the Dodgers lost to the Red Sox 2 years ago, I understand that. The Red Sox were an unbelievable team and their players gave some of All-Time performances. They were just better. Nothing you can do but tip your cap to them. Although him pulling Rich Hill in Game 4 cost them the game just like pulling him in Game 2 of 2017 cost him the game. But he blew it in 2017 against the Astros. He shouldve never started You Darvish in Game 7. Darvish didn't even et out of the 2nd inning in Game 3 and you could tell the Astros were all over him. He shouldve went with Alex Wood, who won Game 4 already. Even if he didn't pitch at the same elvers as Game 4, he would've kept you close and it would've been a completely different game. Decisions like that cost the Dodgers in 2017, and dumb decisions got them knocked out in the NLDS. Sorry for the rant but I've been wanting Dave Roberts fired for a long time now...
@josephbell21605 жыл бұрын

Kershaw has the long, solid track record of sucking in the playoffs. He has a lot more experience at failure than the Nats have at success. People are doing the math and giving credit where credit is due.

Crazy how Dodger fans still complain about how they were cheated out of titles in 17 and 18. I don't see anything about the Astros or Red Sox cheating on the road. How do you explain blowing game 2 of 2017 WS and not showing up at all for game 7? Or blowing game 4 of 2018 WS and not showing up at all for game 5? Nats didn't cheat in this game either. Until the team learns to take blame for themselves instead of looking for excuses, they'll continue to lose when it matters.

It's amazing how fast a baseball game can be without the commercials. Maybe MLB should look at that if they want to speed up games!
