man.... what a kick in the nuts to WSU after all they've been through.

I’m glad the UW President was there at the Presser and seemed excited. There seems to be more support from up high these days and there is a lot of upside. The AD metrics at WSU on fundraising, graduation rates and GPAs were all interesting. I’m curious about the interim AD who filled in. She must be really good at her job. It was also nice to hear that the SC AD is still looking out for the UDub. I could have done without all the questions about WSU. It was a great opportunity to put them on the record on any future goals and objectives instead of going on about the past and the silly gossip. I’m really psyched that there seems to be good processes and systems in place for contingencies as they arise.

Lars is looking good today, whether it's a haircut or he styled it. Keep it up!

I think that WSU athlete director definitely should be the new UW Huskies AD.... I was glad to see the previous AD go to Nebraska Huskers because of professional reasons... You guy's are awesome!!!!

Things are looking great at the UW by the fact they are taking care of business and getting the best candidates possible. This isn’t the Todd Turner days anymore thankfully. There seems to be a clear and consistent emphasis for UW athletics to be successful. This is a new age and without clear support from up high success would be impossible in this chaotic ever changing space.

Was that the magazine that Jim Heckman started? I think it was him. I used to subscribe to that and the original website. I miss those days.

lol enjoy a guy that never was liked by any of the coaches he hired a guy a lot of people are saying he’s hard to get along with. lol fundraising? Yeah ok we’ve needed a new basketball/volleyball gym and he hasn’t gotten that done but ok. By the way only reason the apple cup was kept going was because a guy that got wsu a fair share of ticket revenue so pretty sure that’s gone now too

Many Cougs are born losers and they’ll die losers. It’s always someone else’s fault. Washington has built in advantages over Wazzu, but that happens often. The difference is Wazzu doesn’t ever get off the carpet. It’s easier to cry about stuff being unfair. Find people that want to give money for NIL and facilities. Do more research and make academics better. Don’t let people ignore you. Make Wazzu must see TV. Generate buzz. Build great teams. Making a difference is hard work. It’s easier to not throw down money, not work hard, and sometimes moan about how stuff is unfair. On the other hand, the rest of the Pac-12 was mad Wazzu didn’t help much with TV revenue. You’re the lazy little brother that makes everyone else work harder.
