In 2017 I saw road flares being dropped out of an aircraft during the Thomas Fire in Ventura California. I told some friends what I observed and they thought I was bat shit crazy until one friend was at lunch with and V.C Fire Captain was with them and he said the exact same thing as you did. My friend explained whT I told him and yes many of these fires are being purposely started to push the Liberal Climate Agenda among other things. Ironic the States that are having these ragging fires all seem to be left leaning. I was living in Elma W.A for the past 14 months and the majority of W.A has turned Red (Republican) over the past year and a half so these massive fires will be ABSOLUTELY no accident!!!

There is nothing normal about suddenly six fires around that state. New Mexico just had about 1/3 of our state burned in a single year - our best agricultural land, hmmmm - from multiple fires, most of which were deliberately set by the fire service (they have admitted it and caused it an "error" that they didn't notice the long drought and high winds when they set the fires).

No... you are, in mountain or hill country. There is a repeated pattern in most wildfires: foothill areas lose water pressure, so what little gets trucked in can barely hold what successful aerial drops suppress. So, as nice as they look... no trees within 50 feet of a home is a starting point, then thin out underbrush [or have grass] to 100 feet. Second, can you build/maintain a local reservoir? Personally [if geology was feasable] I would want a 12x12x30' deep reservoir on my property, and geared to collect rainwater - that's about 32,000 gallons. That buys three 85gpm nozzles 125 minutes of use. For those with more means, add a hard piped spray mist system about the home perimeter with a diesel driven pump with its own shelter. A rollaway cover to keep critters and debris out would be a good idea.

I hate seeing this going on in the PNW. I used to live along Hwy 2 and wish all the people, plants and animals well. Most disturbing to me (as a botanist) is this key point: this should NOT be happening in the west side of the cascade. The Douglas Fir/Hemlock/W Red Cedar forests never evolved with fire as a part of their life cycle. These fires are something we shouldn't see in eight to ten generations.

@@ecuadorexpat8558 Yes, I can imagine what the smoke is there. Here in south Everett, we have had ash coming down and pooling up on cars, and smooth surfaces. It has been dry for long enough, that I am seeing small critters and birds, even insects utilizing the kiddie pools we have put out around our yard. Today was not as bad. But, we are hearing that the people who have not evacuated say that they don't want to lose their homes that they've worked all their lives for. That doesn't make sense to me. I'd be getting the pets out, the photos and documents out, then valuables packed up. You know? In 1992 the inaugural day storm took out the power grid to most of Snohomish and King counties. Probably more. After living through 8 days without power with 2 children under 2.5 years old, I gotta tell you that if I even suspect a potential storm, I start getting my ducks in a row! defend their home? Its a wildfire chief, you will NEVER win. Delaying your evacuation in a situation like this can cause the route you need to evacuate from safe to deadly. I live in the Index area and were it not for so many false alarms, many many more people may have left. But alert after level 3 alerts were broadcasted, only to be rescinded moments later with the explanation that they were "errors" and mistakenly sent out over the cellular and other alert networks. First responders did a fine job, but some of the state level emergency management folks need to brush up their incident management, and not give the populaces the impression that they are crying wolf, when there is nothing really happening. Folks in Edmonds and Lynwood got Level 3 evacuation alerts. That is a prime example of how ineffective the alert system is and was. To make it worse NONE of the alerts have any location metrics on them. They were just blasted all over Snohomish and King county indiscriminately. Not a good sign. First responders had to deal with folks on the roads that there need not be, were it not for all the false alarms.

@@BlueDingo555 These fires aren't that dangerous. Small slow moving fire with very little threat to life. Not like a big building full of people about to collapse with toxic fumes and explosions.

"O Lord, to Thee will I cry: for the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness, and the flame hath burned all the trees of the field. The beasts of the field cry also unto Thee:for the rivers of water are dried up, and the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness." Joel 1:19-20

An abhorrent and terrible thing has happened in the land, The prophets prophecy falsely, And the priests rule on their own authority, And My people love it so, But what will *you* do at the end of it? Jeremiah 5:31 The Lord is raising up living stones to cry out the truth to the nations in these last days. Many wolves in sheep's clothing have gone out into the flock. Harvest time is near, it is time to be bold in the name of the Lord! To the lost of the world and the sheep of the flock alike. The shepherds are not warning... But the Good Shepherd always warns. And His Holy Spirit is on the move. Lord bless you and keep you.

Funny because a lot of people up here that includes the elderly have no clue that they need to leave unless fire fighters knock on there door to tell them to leave. The alerts have been all over the place some people get they need to leave then they tell them they don't need to leave unless you live up here you have no clue.
@charitybrook62792 жыл бұрын
The alerts have been an absolute joke. If this was a social experiment, I would not be surprised in the slightest. There wasn't even any news coverage until it was over 2000 acres. And barely any... I had to go on Facebook and Twitter which I don't even use!! They made people go on social media to get information, and it was all contradictory. They are only talking about it on MSM now because the smoke is affecting Seattle.... Tbh they might've sent the alert out yesterday to the whole county just to make everyone panic and send extra firefighters 😅😅 otherwise who is gonna care about index grotto and baring?? We are insignificant hillbillies in their eyes.
