Preparing for two-step verification

On June 23, 2021, Employment Security will add a two-step verification system (also called multi-factor authentication or MFA) to eServices, which will protect online applications that house confidential data.
The new two-step verification system strengthens security and offers more protection of your secure, personal information.
Claimants must check their accounts to verify eServices login information! This video will walk you through the steps to do that. (The video is of a computer screen; if you are using a cell phone, the screen may look different.)
