There's a continuation for it- IS DESTINY FIXED AMONG THE STARS.. making it clearer. It seems that saying so Blackie puts under question the very existence of free will. So, the person whose destiny is fixed has no freedom in his/ her behaviour, can only follow a carved track of life and due to these circumstances is a prisoner.
