Waste Management's Autocar WXLL McNeilus Rear Loader Garbage Truck on Apartment Recycling Dumpsters!

Hey everyone! A few weeks ago, I ran into this truck while walking around my area on trash day, and then, a couple hours later, I found him again at one of his stops! After filming both a WXLL Front Loader and a side loader, I've seen a few of these WXLL rear loaders around town every now and then and have been wanting to film one. So when this driver gave me the okay to film, I made sure to follow along for as long as possible! We start off at a couple of carted apartment complexes, and then make our way over to the alleys where there's mostly dumpsters - some complexes having multiple, as seen at the last stop. In the last clip, you'll see an original Rehrig Universal from '93 be tipped, which I was glad to get on camera! Otherwise, it's a bunch of 2 yard dumpsters - which I believe get collected biweekly. The Autocar WXLL has always been a favorite chassis of mine, and since moving to Seattle in January, I'm quite glad to have had the opportunity to film 3 more trucks with that cab - one for each style of collection. Overall, I like the look of this truck - with the older sticker on the side, and the more uncommon CNG tank placement that allows it to tower over the low entry cab. Seattle mainly runs on CNG ACX's, so any WXLLs are spares - and each driver I've talked to have told me that they don't like them as there's no in-cab AC. However, from an enthusiast standpoint, I love them haha! With that, huge thanks to the friendly driver, Jerry, for allowing me to film and telling me where his next stop was - Enjoy the video!!

Thanks! By now, and even when this was filmed, almost all of the ACXs + M2 RLs have been re-logoed - they just kept the older signboards on these trucks since they never said "Breathe Clean"

Thanks! All the normal rear loaders are ACX McNeilus' - although I continue to see these spare WXLLs driving around on various routes. Saw one Wednesday night as a matter of fact!

A neat truck to say the least. It seems that seattle was the only place to have wm cng wxll's. Glad they kept them around. WMAC just got rid of them fast. Btw, what year was this truck made? 2008?

Certainly! Ah, didn't know that - I don't ever pay much attention to the CNG or year type specifics... so no answer on that one. Likely an accurate guess though.
