This advanced system is designed to handle fresh manure from poultry sheds efficiently, transforming it into valuable compost while minimizing environmental impact.
How It Works:
Efficient Manure Drying: Fresh manure is conveyed directly onto perforated belts, where it is evenly distributed and dried with precision, using load cells and controlled by our customized PLC controllers.
Composting Made Easy: The pre-dried manure is then transported to our CompoTowers, where it turns into compost with less than 30% moisture content and is pathogen-free.
Air Scrubber Modules: Our AirScrubber can support up to 2 CompoTowers, achieving impressive reductions in dust ( more than 90%), ammonia ( more than 95%), and odours. The byproduct? A liquid fertilizer that can be sold, adding a new revenue stream!
