I found an exploit. Not sure if people already know, but I can't find anything on it online. But you can get the A.I. AND the weapon. What I did was to kill Morningstar, which gave me the weapon, some junk and the glasses; and then I noticed that if I move a character to the back of Morningstar it says "Kodiak", interacting with that initiates the entire dialogue with Morningstar again, despite him being dead already. And to my surprise I was able to get his A.I. now. Naturally I tried again, and it worked! I could do this over and over, getting junk and the glasses over and over. I got the weapon, the A.I. and I sold all the rest. I assume you can also farm kiss ass XP by doing this. I did this on PS4. EDIT: Of course by taking the A.I. you automatically teleport out of the place, so do that last. After filling your bags with the junk and glasses.

You can shoot your way through the bookcase instead of messing with the generator part too.

forgot to say one area is blocked off by ice open it with a flamethrower lso if you dont want to have a character with mechanic 9 the puzzle can be beat normally just tap in morningstar ai generator puzzle and something will come up =) finally if youd like to join the sofa squad for all things xbox and soon xbox series x hit that subscribe and bell icon for notifications =)

You dont need repair lvl 9 for the generator. Its a puzzle, and if you hit the switchs in the correct order you can open the door.

I think the a.i is better overall but it's down to preference :) a.i let's you do a bit more and has some nice dialogue
