I have not received it, even saving all hostages.. may it be depended on having Vic as your companion? Because in that case reaction may be negative. I still have a perk from those two dough. And letting Vic join me opens a lot of opportunities in patriarch Palace.

Hi I only had starting companions Jodie and kwon when I did this level I did choose the arrest him option but dont think that's taken into account for the reward

@@sofasupastargaming Yes it does , I just tested myself . Once I got Vic as my companion Riley would say he is discussed by being in same room with me and no medal given. Than I reload and arrest Vic , talk to Riley again and he give me medal. So I think its kind of trade of choice you want to make : Have Vic or Medal ) As for perk from Rook it don't matter if you have Vic or not ! Maybe make a note so people wont get confuse ) Cheers bud, nice video !
