You can get the Neutron Projecter by passing a Weapon Mod check, then Wierd Science check at Gipper's Shop Nancy. You get a book if you do both mod checks.

This build can be further upgraded in late game. Small arms 6 QuickHands Perk and Ray Tracer. It is so broken its amazing.

Definitely :) the ray tracer with a large mag is game over for the opponents :)

@@sofasupastargaming Probably for a ambush build. Quickhands Ray tracer can fire 3-4 ray shots in your turn.

On my third play through. The fun part is doing the skill book glitch on consoles and maxing out a bunch of skills. Can’t wait to get the combat shooting skill book lol.

Hmmm. Disciple of metal + Pyromaniac [or what its called] + weird science + toaster repair .... Fire dmg on ballistic rifle.. Keep this rifle offhand for robot encounters...

yup fire and explosive builds are crazy i have a multi shot rocket launcher somewhere that softens em up between him this sniper girl and a shotty guy you can clear all encounters and have 3 ppl left spare =)

@@sofasupastargaming I like my Explosives guy to have the Nidhogg; I believe Weird Science doesn't affect Explosive Damage. Edit: A modded minigun has even more potential, but it's cost in ammo is just too much, and it wastes lots of bullets.

I had to quit for a while because the game fucking deleted my character with the PDW. Like I went to switch him out and everything bugged out and he was just gone, and the weapon was nowhere to be found. Really sucked.

You can only get the +HE mod by picking the Hoon Homestead over Arapaho in that one quest. It isn't anywhere else in the game.

Have you thought of an update? I've heard that the game has been changed in various ways by updates and DLC ... What do you say? Since the last and final DLC is coming, an update of this build sounds good, what do you say?

I've not got around to getting the dlc yet from what I saw there wasn't too much added for the price so was kinda hoping it would become free or cheaper as a bundle when they were all out....some of the updates to the game I felt made it a little less replayable from the saves I had like the alterations to weapons and companions may be one I'd have to restart or jump straight over to the new content

Definitely and this is definitely not optimised with the right load9ut and possibly making it explosive I'd imagine it would be ridiculous very fun build to use as a defensive after you've taken your goes it pretty much cleans the test up ha

They are nerfing this asap. That ridiculous! I love it, but anything that makes a game fun gets nerfed - especially single player games. :(

@@rcrhinehart66 btw cheebus doesn't sell the good stuff anymore. they changed it. you have to reach the third act to get it at the merchant from your ranger hq. as soon as you meat the other rangers at the homestead or whatever.

if it doesnt blow up your game you would walk the levels ha you would want a few people in your team that move ie run and gun an explosive guy and a shotty guy with 2 snipers should be enough to smash the game i'd say

@@sofasupastargaming first few battles were flops. But the pure damage only downside I lost track of ammo... as i don't often have to worry about it unlike w2 lol.

@@mberryman7720 i think asyou start investing the skill points and get a higher mag thats when it starts to shine if you cant one hit kill something the chain ambush isnt doing what it should

Insane. Only now realized that the perk is really about an ambush and not taking the first shot against the enemy. Kinda makes the game boring also.

Should absolutely be nerfed. Either the Perk must be changed by limiting the ambush up to 3 kills for example or limit the max size of Sniper Rifle magazine. This is game breaking as you said and personally trying to avoid using this "cheat" too much.

yeah they definitely got some work to do on it still i enjoy it but has its fair share of issues just hope they fix em all soon
