Arrested Brygo, and Isaac Reed but gave them to the Marshals." My exact playthrough with the exception that I arrested Valor then executed Victory & Liberty. Additionally, I ensured Cordite died. To hell with his psycho prophesy, lol.

eh in a way im no better than patriarch. cordite served me well as a total powerhouse that demolished my enemies so when the time came i let him reign kansas as long as he dosnt fuck with Colorado

@@JackOfAllTradersOriginal I could understand that, though Cordite was a little too ambitious for my liking. Same as Liberty. RP-wise, I figured if she was left alive (same for Patriarch if he were were exiled, not imprisoned or killed) then that's future problems for Colorado, and I'm not going to allow that to exist under my watch, lol. 😂

I actually found Cordite to be hilarious when he complained and questioned the machine commune's boss whether any of the machines have any ambition to rule over the other machines. The boss replied that like 3% of them do, and he replied "Good". And having Cordite, a Ranger ally, rule over the Scar Collectors and plains, might be good for the Rangers, at least temporarily, so the Plains Gangs don't attack Colorado

@@JackOfAllTradersOriginal When it comes to Cordite , I like Angela Deth's reasoning that cordite and his rivals will most likely wipe each other out in Kansas...I feel having Cordite in the ranger squad team the game a poetic/cynical ending : Rangers discover the patriarch made deals with savage gangs and gave sacrificial tributes . Now the rangers make a deal with Cordite to sabotage Liberty's army and in turn he leads his slaver gang away from Colorado. This makes it harder to judge the Patriarch

Kind of makes sense though when you start thinking about it, for the last two games The Rangers have had nothing but grief from AI. So it only stands to reason that they'd take no chances in helping them and instead wipe them out.

well if they ever release the dlc dealing with the nuclear plant it could lead to not needing the gippers help, but yeah lore wise the rangers are more inclined to not trust ai that much after the first 2 games

@@ianmaluk1 but if history taught us anything, its that after winning a war its best to help the losing side rebuild itself to build trust and give their people hope for a better future. being oppressed by humans again will just cement old beliefs of the machines and eventually bring forth the next war.

Now with the last add-on it ist possible it seams. I killed of all Gipper's and gave the Reagan AI to the Maschines. I still got the November Reigns ending when i gave the power of the Holy Detonation to Colorado.

I only did patriarch's ending and all of the side quests so I gotta ask. Does Kwon not go hostile if you side with Angela or do is there some sort of requirement that you need to do to have him side with you? And also what did you do with Cordite since he's a companion in the Angela path?

I let Cordite die. I didn't feel that letting him fulfill his "prophesy" was very Ranger-like and wondered why Angie would ever think it a good plan. Angela was unhappy but it didn't keep me from getting November Reigns. I had the Marshals fully on my side so that may have played a part, but Kwon supported the choice.

Good? Yes. Best? I don't think so. Vic is back to torturing victims in his fortress. The AI commune is going to be Cochise 2.0. I liked my ending better, where Buchanan stayed in power but never gave up his throne to kids and instead had to give up power to the Rangers as he got older and they supervise the Colorado area. Going back to Arizona and having the whole party, along with Fish Lips, getting the highest honor from Woodson is pretty sweet too. Also in my playthrough I got rid of the insane Gippers and favored the commune instead and they are helping humans whenever they can.

I love the grey morality of this ending, without Saul and his acts both noble and criminal, Colorado wouldn't likely exist in the state that it is in to even help the Arizona Rangers in the first place, but because of him they have a chance to survive. Yet for civilization to continue fairly, he still has to be tried for the crimes he has committed in the end, he is not above the law, for real justice and law to continue growing, he has to be arrested too. It's great writing, and shows you an interesting perspective of the nature of human society, and it's ever-changing laws and customs. Angela Deth did strike me as weird, I thought they'd be more options on dealing with her in the Ranger way instead of just kind of letting them entirely team up with November. It's really strange how she sent you to free a slaver warlord and such but you can't really confront them about it -- I suppose the idea is that, in the end, they have noble intentions and want what Team November is ultimately able to grant; a stable Colorado with real justice not under the control of any tyrant. That said, you could also argue Saul had good intentions as well. Personally, I think there should be a snippet where Angela's Ranger status is put under review, working with raiders and slavers is definitely losing your way, regardless of how noble your intentions are, as we saw with the Patriarch. I feel like the developers would have added something like that if they had more time, but from what I heard they had to release the game six months early, so I can't gripe too much, especially since I loved the writing anyway. Also, I might add, that despite this not being mentioned, I think Saul in some way would have been able to appreciate his incarceration, and am a bit surprised there wasn't a single bit of dialogue for it. Obviously he can't be too happy about being in prison for life, but with his ideals of an old world America and civilization, I imagine some part of him would be happy to see that even a man like himself can't escape his crimes, and that real justice is coming back to the wasteland, regardless of if they like it or not.

i arrested all the patriarchs kids, sent Reagan to HQ, secured both oil and nuclear power for CO Springs, loved by the 100 families, disliked by the Marshals, hated by Monster Army, liked by refugees, did not arrest brygo, killed issac. chose some wrong dialogue and got the ending where colorado falls apart and the rangers looting the place

this might be the "best ending" for Arizona, but i prefer my own ending... had a little bit more chaos, but still a brighter future ahead with the Gippers on my side, after they built their golden city. Glory and prosperity for Team November!

I wanted to, but if you do that there’s no way to get the grippers oil to Colorado Springs and you have to kill all of the gippers. I’m not sure if this ending is possible if you fully side with the robots, otherwise I’d agree 100%

@@drunknhamster4708Really sad. All they wanted was peace for all. Look what happened when AI raegan was taken hostage, they started piling up weapons. It's back to wasteland 2 all over again. Imagine if you have robot partners to whom you can customize the body parts. Wasted potential.

IN My ending, i killed Angela XD got allied with robots. And it said. with gippers dead, Colorado had no way of making fuel. and then said, AI started trusting humanity and shared fuel with people, even with canibals
