Quite the collection there! I used to have a rear loading Garbage Truck when I was younger with a working scoop and all. But that's the thing, I was young, practically 5 for that matter and you can imagine how long it lasted.

There's nothing wrong with playing with toy garbage trucks at least they don't catch on fire unlike the Mack McNeilus front loader which had a issues but Waste Management and McNeilus already replace it

How’d you get the compactors to move on the rear loaders? Did you somehow loosen them up somehow because I had a rear loader once and the compactor didn’t move and it was a 1st gear 1/34 scale model.

zombie_gaming98 there are little stops in the tracks for the carrier portion of the blade that hold the whole assembly in place. In order to get the blade to move you to remove the whole packer and grind out the stops from the tracks

Brian Spencer spray the hinges with WD-40 and shake it, also dumping them with first gear trucks. Make sure to clean the WD-40 afterwards, it works really good

For some reason I always enjoy first gear videos. The stiffness of the first truck must be annoying, it’s nice when those are stiff, but not extremely stiff haha. Good job on your carry can, how long did it take you to make that? What what material? That’s cool how the AW python is a Mack MR, and the exhaust makes it cooler. The red rear loader is awesome, is it custom? The python disposal truck is awesome, that’s one big CNG tank though. It’s cool how the packer moves. Is the Heil branded truck custom? Is chassis custom? It looks cool. The rear load dumpster tipping was cool, failed a little bit. How do you get the packers to move on the RLs? Great job on your first gear fleet! And good video! You think you could make a cart and mini bin update? Could you film the manual in el segundo?

You have to take apart the model and modify the packer. It is extremely tedious and dangerous and could result in severe damage to the model.
