If the horizon software accounting system so robust, why was there no flagging up in the accounts of surpluses from money the post office extorted from innocent people. I believe one issue to all adjudicated matters in British common law, is that 'Ignorance is no excuse'. All the tears and apologies does nothing to rescind this simple fact, and it is now incumbent upon criminal courts to pass judgement and sentencing - including grounds for culpable manslaughter, amongst everything else. This will also clearly serve as 'case in point' as to the fairness of the British legal system, regardless of status or wealth.

I have to be honest, today, thus far in my viewing, I have been disappointed.
