Each slot refers to the tech tree progression, so a 2-1-1 means a 2 barracks - 1 factory - 1 starport build. 4-1-1 = 4 barracks - 1 factory - 1 starport There are other builds such as a 1-2-0 (mech play) that goes into a 1-4-1, etc.
