The NPP candidate don't need to be there at the court when his lawyers are there with party officials mandated by the party. His presence won't make any difference, rather the evidences available are what carries the weight. Baba Sadiq knows he's about to fail because he ordered his NDC thugs to force EC officials to declare the results in his favour. Besides, there were some polling station results that were not added to the overall collation at the time of the illegal declaration because the NDC was in a hurry to have the declaration done - EC officials have confirmed they were under duress to declare the results in favour of Baba Sadiq and that they feared for their lives. The thuggery of the NDC is the reason why the NPP candidate doesn't appear at the courts and at the collation centres. It doesn't change anything.
