Hello, do you have corner wear on your bag? Mine is 6 months old and I wore it maybe 4 times for half an hour, and already on the 2nd wear I noticed that it was peeled from all sides, which looks more like torn skin. I contacted SA and went to the store, but they assure me that this is the most normal thing.

Hi there 💫 I have very very slight rubbing on some corners but I am aware of when I caused that by accidentally brushing against rough surfaces! I haven’t seen your case but the corners of pieces normally bear the brunt of the wear and tear. Unfortunately lambskin is super delicate. I have never heard of the sides peeling so it’s possible you’re experiencing a defect. I would go ahead and contact customer care directly via email Dior generally has great after care service if ever I’ve experienced a problem I have had it sorted by them! Good luck and I’m sorry about your piece this is definitely not the way an expensive item should wear.
