आपकी बात सही है पर उत्तराखंड के लोगों का कहना भी सही है आप जहां पर किराए पर भी कुछ समय के लिए रह सकते हो साथ ही आपके पास ऑप्शन होता है किसी और जगह जा कर रह सकते हो । जमीन खरीद कर तो आपको जहां ही रहना पड़ेगा। मैं भी आपकी तरह जमीन लेना चाहता था लेकिन अब विचार बदल दिया है रोज पहाड़ खिसक रहे हैं लोग मर रहे हैं कियू की कंस्ट्रक्शन बहुत हो रहा है। आपका पैसा minutes मै zero हो जाता है। बाकी समझ अपनी अपनी ।

I had almost decided to move to Uttarakhand permanently, but cancelled it recently as there are landslides everywhere. Not at all safe there anywhere I guess, except plain areas. 😮

You are a business person buy and sale seems your business. I don’t think that you are going to stay here. Dehradun is much better the summer is hardly there for 10 to weeks. I noticed handful number of vehicles only came to opposite direction. It’s nice but I don’t think that I can stay here for more than few days.

Rajan Bhai 143 jamin ka kabhi bhi mutation nahin chadti vo bhi sc se li hui. Mutation sirf kirshi agriculture bhumi ki chadti hai . 143 ho janey k baad vo bhumi akishi ya non agriculture wali bhumi ban jaati hai. Jis pr se sarkari lagan khatm ho jata hai. Jiski wajah se vo sarkari lagan se mukt ho jaati hai. Isliye uska mutation nahi chadta.

पहाड़ की जमीनों के पेपर कुछ खास नहीं होते ये सिर्फ किसान के नाम चढ़ी होती है और वो एक बड़ा परिवार होता है...कितने खाता धारक हैं उस जमीन मैं ये बड़ा खेल है सबका हिस्सा अलग अलग है या नहीं ये भाई तो बस दुकानदारी स्टाईल मैं बता रहे...इनका इंटरेस्ट भी है और इनका अपना बिजनेस भी होगा😊थोड़ा बहुत हमें भी इसलिए पता है कि हम पहाड़ी हैं इधर ही के,हमारे पहाड़ी गांव की जमीन मैं भी ऐसी ही व्यवस्था है और कागज भी साथ😮 पता नहीं ये कॉमेंट डिलीट न करें तो ही ये जानकारी मिलती रहेगी😊

The biggest problem in living in hilly areas is shortage of medical facilities. If you are living at bhowali, ramgarh areas you need to reach hanldawali in case of medical emergency. Uttarakhand is not that much develop in field of medical facilities.

Bhai Ji, commercial land par aapko documented business karna hoga within the two years of permission otherwise your land will be taken by Govt. So, you cann't use this land for your personal use only. I am sure on this because I got my land purchase permission from Tehri DM and Udoya vibhag. 100s of land owner got notice regarding the same and in recent case one politician from UP lost his land.

aree Sharma ji,, aapko nahi pata,,, SC wale bande ki jameen ko General wala nahi kharid sakta.... thanks to Neel Purush. According to Google : "Section 42 of the SC, ST Act prohibits the sale of SC land without approval. This law was enacted to protect the interests of the SC/ST tribe. However, you can acquire SC land by obtaining authorization from the DM or the collector."

Best option rahega...pre-fabricated material se apna ghar banana...woh weather proof bhi hai aur 100% eco friendly bhi. isko banane ke liye local labourers ki zaroorat nahin padegi...jis company se aap prefabrication construction karwayenge wahi aakar apka pura structure khada karke baki ka construction complete karke dega. iski total process hi alag hai normal concrete construction se isliye time bhi bohot kam lagti hai...kuchi hi mahino mea khadi ho jati hai, Sirf aapko retaining wall normal tarike se banwana padega. Lekin iski price thodi mehengi hai

Sir aap bilkul bhi jameen ka nahi jaante .Na hi aapko yahan ka kutch patta.Aap ko abhi kutch nahi patta .agar motation ho jaaye to Mera naam badal dena.Registry ho jaayegee but dakhil kharij nahi hoga.aur na hi koi badiya landscaping hai. Kabhi aap chokhota parbada jaao.Aur rahi baat motation ki ab bilkul band hai.Noms change ho gaye hain

SC land bhut risky hai bhai..Avoid hi krna. Me Mukteshwar se hi hu… Dealer to apko bhut easily pagal bna dega. 2-3 cr ki SC land lene wali party ko bhi problem huwi h apne gao m.. half rate m bhi nhi bik rhi h abhi. Be careful. 😢
