I had a similar experience with Rebag. I got a quote for my YSL bag, sent it to them and they rejected it. They sent it back to me damaged with creasing to the leather in the front. Luckily I sold the bag elsewhere but man… people need to stay away from this company.

I was given your video from she’s the posh as I’ve just uploaded my Rebag horror story. Wow. This is crazy and ridiculous!! I actually sent them a bag, in pristine condition and they rejected it saying it had extreme wear. Very weird. I actually haven’t checked it over throughly because it was the least of my concerns with my issues with Rebag. I was a diamond member on there, no longer will I be shipping with them. The damage to your bag is AWFUL! I’m so sorry this happened to you.

Oh no! I I can totally see the damage, I am so sorry this happened to you. I can absolutely see the damage in the video. I have only had one interaction with Rebag and it was this January as a buyer. I bought an LV bag that arrived with a broken clasp even though it was clearly not broken in the listing photos. It took 3 weeks for them to finally issue me a return shipping label with me reaching out to them over and over again for help. When I finally received my refund, it was $40 less than it should have been and I was NEVER able to get a hold of customer service to get an answer as to why. They never answer their customer support phone line and it's very hit or miss (mostly miss) with their email & chat support. (unrelated to Rebag) I have had a lambskin bag shipped in a thin dustbag with no packing materials in it so the bag slid around all over inside of the box during transit. The lambskin leather had horrible rubbing marks similar to those shown on your Chanel so my guess is the damage to you bag occurred during transit due to Rebag's terrible repackaging of your item.

Your bag didn't get "danaged" in transit...they mishandled your bag and did not pack it in a way so it would reach you in the condition they received it. They were careless. Have you read the comments on the Better Business Bureau? Oh my gosh! Horrific!

Sorry that happened to your bag! Similar thing happened to me, I sent them a few puzzle bags, and they rejected them and then sent them back squished like someone sat on them. Luckily I was able to reshape them with stuffing but still! So unprofessional.

Here’s my tragic story. They claim that my box shipped to them with their shipping label arrived empty. They now tell me that there is no insurance with the labels that they provide customers. They are giving me no recourse concerning and almost thousand dollar Gucci Marmont bag that they appraised. Do not use this company!

Did you check to make sure that is exactly the bag you sent to them? I’m sure you did but I’ve heard a story before about somebody who wants to sell their bag to them. It was a Fendi peekaboo. She received the email notice like you did about them not accepting it and sending it back, but what she received back was not her Fendi peekaboo it was a replica. This happened about a year ago and I’m not sure the outcome I tried to find an update, but I think that’s so scary that that could happen.

Wow! What incredibly terrible business by Rebag. They are blaming it on “during shipping” but the issue is not shipping it’s the way they failed to protect the bag. They literally threw it in a box- what did they expect was going to happen? I hope people see this and stop buying from these second hand sellers who price their bags at outrageous prices for a ridiculous profit. If we don’t buy from them they can’t do stuff like this.

One idea about how the damage happened. The bag was put in between metal dividers but there was not enough room for the bag so the metal dividers made an imprint. Just an idea.

It doesn't look like tape, it looks like something in a gold or yellow color was pressed or laid on the bag and the color tranfered. The box couldn't have done that, the box is brown.

In her defense I’ve dealt with REBAG twice, the first time was incredible the second not so much. Not everyone has the same experience and not every situation is treated the same but I’m sure going forward she’ll never use them again based off having her own personal experience that didn’t go well.
