In today's video, I'll be opening three of the new 2022-23 Panini Donruss Basketball Blaster boxes. These boxes sell for $24.99 to $29.99. They feature a 250 card base set consisting of 200 vets and 50 rookies. The blaster boxes contain 6 15-card packs, and feature the blaster exclusive parallels Holo Purple(#'d/99) and Red/Blue Laser(#'d/15). Blasters also include the chance to pull Signature Series autographs, as well as an array of inserts not limited to Bomb Squad, The Rookies, and Complete Players.

🃏🃏 for Set Quality/Design: The new Donruss design is too busy, and distract the eye. The laser parallels and the Bomb Squad(but it doesn't stack up to hobbies Marvels) insert are the sets only saving grace. Quality is all over the place with poor centering and rough edges.
🃏🃏 for Value: The laser parallels and a few of the inserts(such as Bomb Squad) hold a respectable amount of value, but that will wane heavily with time and the release of new sets. These have massive print runs and each card is a dime a dozen. Base cards make for great packing materials! The floor is at the bottom here with a ceiling that a midget could touch. The lack of a true chase card like football's Downtown really hamstring this set.
🃏🃏🃏 for Collectability: The Rated Rookie logo is iconic in the sports card world, and that will always give Donruss a bonus point for collectability. The laser parallels simply pop like few other cards do. While they won't carry value, the right players are liquid cards.

Thank you for your video’s!! Ever seen a Red&Blue Laser /15? I just pulled a Franz Wagner #01/15 But no idea if it’s worth much! But man it felt so good 🤙🏼😎to see such a beautiful card come from these packs! 😅🎉 Wish I could add a pic it’s so nice idk if I should sell or keep I’m a NFL Guy but I’m addicted to opening these now…Thanks man!! Oh and are these elusive golds more rare than the red & blue lasers also does it add any value if it is a number one printed card or say a number 15 printed card out of 15? I’m sure you get these questions all the time I do apologize I am very new to this.

Thanks for stopping by the channel! The Red Blue Lasers are indeed difficult pulls. The Gold Lasers more so. And a 1/15 or 15/15 does add a little value. A jersey match adds more value. That card is worth roughly $250 raw. I use ebay last sold listings or 130point.com to look up comps. Welcome to the Hobby! Enjoy the cards and not the $$$. 😁
