WATCH before you BUY: Tauchmeister 1937 T0251 dive watch full review

I have had and worn my Tauchmeister 1937 T0284 for more than 5 years now. Works perfectly, I am not a diver however I have swam with it in the ocean and pools, as I have also showered with it. For the money you pay this is a great watch! Only cons people might have is that the luminescence is not great and it is heavy (but this doesn't bother me).

I have the same model for 3 years and have never had any issues. The watch is well worth the money and it looks great on the wrist.

You can find out what movement it is by opening the back of the watch. I don't have one of these but from the info on the interwebs it appears to be a Miyota 8215.

I have a quartz version with a 24-hour hand that I picked up on sale from Amazon for $110 last October. The crystal is definitely sapphire. It's a big, heavy but solid watch. I'm not a diver, so I'll never be able to see how it really handles pressure (it's marked 1000m), but it handles rain and snow just fine.

If you receive this watch, they write you that the backplate is screwed under a high temperature. That keep your watch moister free.I had a lot of watches, but for this price to receive a automatic diversewatch with this qualitys.....usual you have to pay 400€ and more. This automatic divers watch is really amazing , especially for that money.

Hi, thanks for this video. Seiko Tuna? Very similar in looks and design I think, chunky, solid, built like a tank! I've looked at these and never been certain enough to buy one buy now I know a bit more about the very short lug length I might be tempted. Hopefully it's got that over engineered German build quality.

These diving watches are a scam. Many divers tryed them and the water enter inside the case at only 40 meters. After sales is non existant, a waste of money.
