Watch Chocolate High Heels Being Made In Pattaya

The Chocolate Factory cafe is a great place to visit if you're looking for something sweet and unique. The chocolate high heels are definitely a highlight, but the restaurant also offers other desserts, savory dishes, and even coffee. This video shows how the chocolate high heels are made at the popular restaurant in the upmarket Pratumnak area. A worker first pours melted chocolate over the countertop and spreads it around using a chocolate spatula. After a few minutes of mixing, she then prepares the shoe mold heating it up and wiping it down before filling it with the liquid chocolate. She taps out the excess to form a shoe-shaped shell and leaves the chocolate pumps out to dry upside down. Once the mixture sets, she removes the mold carefully and places the finished chocolate high heels in a box to be sold at their store.
