That is so true. If you buy things that are below retail, you won't lose money. I bought my first Rolex 1993 Rolex date just two tone 36 mm with factory bezl. It's tripled in value.

My first Rolex was a Pepsi gmt2 s/s brand new in 2001 cost me £2000, worn with box and papers , I’m happy with this purchase, I’ve loved it enjoyed it and it must be worth £8k still

I am having a lot of fun watching all the speculators, so called watch dealers, having problems to pass their hot potatoes. It was extremely funny when the chap compared stock market with watches market - I would have compared with the Dutch tulip market instead, I guess those guys needed more than 20months to recover
