Pro tip: be sure to use the person you want the actual benefit for, the perks only work with that one specific character unless it says ‘team’. Ex: wanted clothes discount, didn’t get the discount until I was the person with the perk doing the shopping. (Wish I would have known this sooner!)

I'm pretty sure the clothing / paint job discounts apply for the whole team, just like the Skilled Investors - everyone earns more ETO (at least that's the case for me)

I really wish that with the professional hitman, you could equip them with a suppressed P9. I have an amateur hitman and a professional hitman, but the amateur hitman has a suppressed P9 while the pro doesn't, which I find odd since judging by the title, the pro hitman should be carrying a suppressed weapon, while the amateur wouldn't. I figure it's a gameplay balancing thing but considering that the AR cloak is broken enough as it is (especially with elite Albion units who already have the combat cloak) it's probably just some weird game design. I also do wish you could swap weapons between operatives and use the scope on the G36. While fun, Legion does feel like a step back compared to WD1 and 2 in some regards.

I have nine skilled investors in my team that I don't play with but that I recruited because I thought the skill's effect would stack (be it with diminishing returns), but really i'm not sure. Would like to know if I should reduce their numbers or just keep one that has a high pay roll that is either banker or broker.

@@CheezhOfficial At the start of the game when you hack an ATM you get 30 ETO and with nine investors I get now 39, so I thought that one investor would add one ETO, but I'm starting to doubt that. I should've verified as I got each new investor just to make sure. Oh well.

That actually is not accurate when you free the barrels you automatically get those abilities what you need to focus on is the individual skills of your particular members you choose to join infiltration hacking take less damage during combat these other skills that he suggestion are useless speedhack as well as recruiting police officers in enemies to your side so you can infiltrate much easily this other stuff is only for postgame play you want to make put all you can do with the ETO is buy clothes nothing else
