I’ll show you every strange character and their unique abilities in action, as well as where to find them on the map. So if you’re searching for Watch Dogs Legion how to get spy, or Watch Dogs Legion where is hitman, let this video be your Watch Dogs Legion NPC guide.
THUMBNAIL CHARACTER The character in the thumbnail is an elite Clan Kelley enforcer. You can find them patrolling Guy's Hospital in Southwark, and other Clan Kelley-controlled locations.
There are magicians, professional hitmen, spies, and paramedics. But let us not forget the best Watch Dogs: Legion characters, the furries. It’s only a matter of time before someone find Gordon Ramsay. I have that on good authority as someone at Ubisoft told me.
Here’s how to unlock new characters in Watch Dogs: Legion. First, scan them with your phone. Then save them to your team. Then do a few missions for them. After that, they will be available to switch to at any point.
While character types spawn in certain areas, their character models are random. This means if you want the Watch Dogs Legion John Wick location, I’m afraid it’s slightly trickier. The best way is to repeatedly enter Watch Dogs Legion hitman spawn points until the Wickster himself turns up. Remember to kill the non-Wickian hitman so a new one will spawn.
The same goes for the Watch Dogs Legion spy location. You might show up and get an Agent 47 lookalike. Or you might get a lovely old granny. Either way, you’re guaranteed a cold-blooded killer with ice in their veins.

Try recruiting elite officers from each faction. Albion elite captain has Kamikaze drone and its elite Rusher has cloaking ability just like AR Cloak. Clan Kelley elite Grenadier has Seeker Spider bomb while its elite shooter has small turret spider. The thing is, you can combine this turret spider with dedsec very own combat spider to form double turret defenders in those hold the area missions. 😄

You can actually make the second hitman lookalike agent 47. There’s actually a head tattoo which looks like a bar code same as agent 47’s.

chinatowns like the best place in this game imo, u can find -professional hitman (ive found like 3 different professional assassins here) -anarchist -magician -clan kelley enforcer (smg) -clan kelley enforcer (lmg and spider turret) -clan kelley enforcer (homing spider bomb) -clan kelley captain all of that on the same street

What's also good is an Albion security officer, they have all four skills and can usually be found with a P9. I found one, he's a bit like Wei Shen or Jackie Chan

There are more than 17, like the Beekeweper, Ordinance Handler, Assassin (1), Construction Worker and many more. Finding one with our favorite and preferred 4 abilities, is almost impossible though, unless one downloads the cheat, which I never would do. The cheat also allows a maximum of 5 traits, instead of 4 traits. Just give me an arsenal of an Assault Rifle, a Grenade Launcher, Combat Roll and Gunkata and I'm good to go. If I used cheats, which I never would, I'd take Gas Mask as my 5th ability. The Hitman has 3 of my top 5 abilities, making them the most useful of all operatives.

Just a quick disclaimer to get the clan Kelley member in the thumbnail SPOILERS! Progress until you finish the Bloody Mary Kelley mission then you will unlock kaitlyn lau side missions, the very first one will be “ Out of stock” which you will head to finnsbury new project, scan around the restricted zone and you should find the awesome clan Kelley members, such as the one in the thumbnail, the one with the combat spider, and the captain which has no abilities but looks cool, you can find these anywhere once you finish out of stock.
