the ridiculous amount of bugs, crashes, and problems, the lack of content, the imbalances, the sudden abandonment after 1 YEAR (but could keep R6 updated to this day, and it is almost ten years old), poor execution of the idea of everyone being playable, poor dialogue, bad connection to the server, Ubisoft Connect breaking it even more, looking nothing like the other two games, the fact that it was made by Ubisoft, the fact that it was made by Ubisoft Toronto, the microtransactions, annoying sound effects, terrible weapons, greed, awkward cutscenes, weird animations, goofy npc behavior, lack of effort in development, and much more.

The game gets very entertaining the more time you play, getting sidetracked by recruiting people, liberating areas like any other Ubisoft game, operatives having different tools for different approaches. Sure, as a watch dog fan from the beginning, I still miss the old driving, the camera centering on this one was hard to get used to, however, the sound of drifting and how beautiful the map design is kinda balance it out, the map is just gorgeous, I even take a couple of seconds sometimes to walk slowly pretending it just another npc just to enjoy the surroundings and I haven’t done that since the first times I played gta v. Overall a good experience so far, I’m having a blast and even though the expectations for this game were very high in the past and failed since it changed a lot of perfect things previous watch dogs game had, it is still a solid game on 2024, the new fighting mechanics that sometimes feel repetitive but it’s something that wasn’t there before, the shooting feeling fair and not like the division were enemies were just bullet sponges, the hacking being great as always with more possibilities now, just a game that it’s worth playing nowadays.

My main issue was the lack of cars. If im playing a open world game said in modern day i need some sort of car deph. Legion got rid of 90% of cars amd has very very few good ones

Honestly… this game was one of the most underrated games in the most recent years… I was so hyped for this game and passed it so quickly and played the DLC ! I love the watch dogs franchise and I occasionally hop online and do co op and just run around like gta and commit chaos… I love the game. Don’t care what no one says… it’s one of my favorite games

I love WD2 so much this was a bit of a let down and seemed too futuristic but I still had a decent enough time with my playthrough. I hope the next WD if we get one is much more like WD2 but more advanced with some WD1 mixed in.

Wd1 story and atmosphere as well as the honer system mixed with wd2 gameplay, world/npc details and overall content (wd2 had most variety to do imo) wd Legion gunplay,hand combat,online modes= best outcome for the series imo. each game ubi does something good for the series but removes features as well. they havent done it crazy like the assassins creed games tho so atleast the watch dogs games feel close together

dude i remember getting the ultimate edition back in December and i was so excited because I could play as Wrench (i played watch dogs 2 previously and he became one of my favorite characters) and so I got the ultimate edition, eventually when it came in I redeemed the codes but it didn't work, 50 dollars for the base game only, I could've gotten it for way less at 10 dollars since thats what they were selling it for at the time, I tried to enjoy the base game without Aiden Pearce and Wrench and the other guys I was supposed to get but it just didn't hit the same, yeah I enjoyed the game and I think it gets way too much hate fun to play, i love the concept of playing as anyone, but i wish i could play as my operatives

Honestly, this game still has the potential, people didn't really understand at the beginning. Now it was released horribly but it has been better, still buggy but it's manageable. I've been playing this game since launch, it is fun, especially with friends, it's just Ubisoft just needs to come back with some fixes and we're pretty much good from there. And honestly as a legion streamer I would love to be giving tips on which characters to run, any NPC can work (except one for boss battles) but some characters are pretty essential, at least like 2 of them mostly.

Cars always have traction unless you use handbrake then they have 0 traction, optimization? never heard of it. Low fps on a good PC and uncompressed files so the games 1 billion GB. Development time? 3 years of taking a break, 1 year of developement. Listening to community? Suddenly deaf! A world that feels unique? Copy down a bad futuristic world written by a 10 year old. And instantly abandoned game from launch. It's not a bad game, but it's not a Watch Dogs game is what i have always said, it doesn't fit in the series at all. It weirdly reminds me of AC: Unity (historic city, city has life, travel of city, the views). Also, getting the assassin outfit was a really nice touch. It's a fun game 👍

I remember so much people saying Og Watch Dogs was trash when it released. Lmao I bought it and enjoyed it. It’s just funny how people now swear it’s a masterpiece. In my opinion I think Legions did its thing. When watch dogs came out literally people were saying it’s just another GTA rip off. But I didn’t care I still played as Aiden and played tf out of it on my PS4 watch dogs 2 came it was also good. In my opinion lot of fun open world things to do. If people took their time with legions they would appreciate it just like I do. Hell I think Legions is better than the original. Its story had me stuck. Along with the side quests. Give it a couple years they’re gonna start saying “Legions wasn’t as bad as we were saying it was.” This happens with so much games that I think it’s a skill issue. Y’all said the same thing bout Cyberpunk. Now it gets praised almost as much as red dead redemption 2. (My favorite game) I don’t think any game will beat it. But yeah I just find it odd how fast people actually switch up and start saying. “This game is sooo good.” Same ones saying it’s trash at release.

@@MoeSuber the level design in this game is garbage, and almost every encounter has little enemies making it little to no challenge for anyone with a brain, hacking has no net charges meaning you can hack anything anytime with zero balance and depth you just do proximity hacks and hope someone gets close and dies with zero skill making the hacking have less depth, hacking to get false evidence on someone to get them arrested or start a gang fight? gone. Hacking to get false evidence to another gang? gone. Slow motion like watch dogs 1? gone. every step forward in this game is two steps back.

I've just finished playing it for the first time even though i've been playing it for years now...i come and go everynow and then and everytime i play it from the beginning....i decided this time to use mods not because i want to be invincible but because i wanted a good character/s to play as....good as in looks and voice not necessarily perks or abilities...it really was very good this time even better than playing it as eiden or wrench....it has so much potential...if only they had polished it and gave like more time more context to the main story and the cutscenes....its phenomenal to be able to do something with this scale it really is and i really appreciate it but i can't help but think that if they just took care of the character and increase the missions variations it would feel so different because that's what i got when played with team made only of 3 people that looked good and sounded good i really felt that they are my team you know not to mention that permadeath made me look over my shoulders 😂...its frustrating really i mean you did all of that and built than huge world couldn't you just polish the characters and the story cutscenes a bit...you know without mods and trying to recruit good protagonists it felt like ubisoft built a huge spaceship that could navigate the space and reach for the stars only to gaze upon them not to explore them....i feel bad that the game isn't getting any more stories and dlcs because that would've been great and the already had the formula for it..for me its a 7/10 but if you play it with mods and create your own characters or play as eiden and wrench it might be a 9/10
