Here in New York, Fri and sat, cops hang around the clubs, where it is mostly Black people, but you go downtown at the white clubs where is mostly white people, they don’t really hang around there.. guess who is the most highest in DWI, most killing on drunk driving go look up those numbers… all because they turn a blind, their eyes are mostly on Black people..

I remember a very drunk Indian dude driving up a side street in Kerala, he was in a Hindustan. He hit every car on both sides of the street, and into the front door of the bar I was making for. I spent a happy couple of hours heckling the cops and various wrecking trucks and their attendants. The police did the police thing the world over and best up the drunk, and arrested him. This was back when Walkmans were new tech and the size of an airport bookshop blockbuster. I forgot, he had a boot full of very good hashish, which was a waste.
