The really hilarious thing is that your $5 clearance Walmart watch will be more accurate and require less maintenance over a long period of time than anything on display in this video. Mechanical watch movements are marvels of micro-engineering, but they were made utterly obsolete by cheap quartz watches.

Use to place deposits for certain watches at Tiffany over 25yrs ago for hard to get models. Once it came in and finished the purchase. The Tiffany signed dial wasn’t something that was always done to all inventory, you had to send it off to apply Tiffany & Co to the dial . I chose to wear it out and sent it off later to them.

I’ve got a few nice watches but I’ve got a Timex Expedition that I used to use for camping, biking, running, gym and it’s by far my favorite. Ridiculously durable. It’s survived sand, water, mud, trail bike crashes... 15 years of pretty aggressive wear. I’m on my third strap because you can only sweat into leather for so long, but the watch itself just keeps in tickin’ as they say!

There is one watch I know of that tops all of these: The Patek Philippe Henry Graves Supercomplication. The most complicated watch ever made without the aid of computers. It took 3 years to design, and another 5 to manufacture.

@@chevycole6474 That and he's such a fan of surrealism and surreal artists including Dali, Picasso and filmmaker Alejandro Jorodowski, it doesn't surprise me his watch is incredibly unique and 'artsy'.
