They are trying to transition into more sustainable sea food and squid repopulate every 90 days. They are also delicious. The problem is that we only ever eat calamari for appetizers and not very often. They're trying to change our eating behavior so that people cook and eat squid/calamari at home. More money for Rhode Island and better for the environment than other types of seafood which doesn't repopulate as fast (crabs/fish). I'm definitely going to learn how to make some calamari soon.

Michael Kudela i have a republican friend who came over once. Me and another friend were talking about music and how one artist named Zhu totally hid his identity until he got big enough that his race didn't matter. He's Chinese. You see the music industry is more willing to invest in people that can "sell" better and usually this means Asians are sidelined - music is very black and white you see. You know what it felt like though to have someone be in a position where someone who looks like me usually isnt? It's amazing. The diversity aspect of this story only clicked for my republican friend when we spoke about this. Point is it is harder as a minority and to see minorities on the screen is awe inspiring and makes me have hope in the country. Because representation matters. Identify politics? Did we need Tim Scott tell us he's black at the RNC? Did we need Nikki Haley tell us America isn't racist then proceed to tell us about the discrimation she faced? It's on both sides my dude. At least be happy your country is diverse. Your comment is disgusting and ignorant.

That isn't going to happen, which should be obvious to anyone with a functioning brain (just look at Obama and George W. Bush as an example).

Oh, I miss Prague (that woman was standing near the Charles bridge). Hopefully soon Americans will be able to travel again. Hopefully we won’t be a pariah state much longer.

I know what you mean. Last year until February 2020, I visited/stayed in the Grand Caymans, Jamaica (Kingston & Ocho Rios), Oxford, Cambridge, London, (L.A.) California, Maryland, Washington D.C., (Philadelphia) Pennsylvania and back to Florida. I was planning to be in Japan for the Olympics this year. Everyday, I read about the news in the other countries (how the E.U. is permitting travel on a green/red status) and I’m frustrated that us Americans can’t even go to other states safely (I haven’t seen my boyfriend in person since Valentines Day), much less to other countries, because of how Trump and Republicans are purposely sabotaging our pandemic response efforts.

You all need to control the pandemic first and nurse the nation back to its health and when its safe to do, we in the ASEAN region is ready to open our borders and we will warmly welcome you back when the pandemic is over but we're not allowing racist Karens into our countries who have been declared as "undesirables" and in our Immigration Blacklist.

The Roll Call of the States is always a moving part of conventions.

I'm Canadian and watching the roll call gives me hope that my neighbours will be tossing Trump out and ushering in a new and exciting era where every American counts and the moniker United States once again means something.

Good Luck USA, from Malaysia 🇲🇾 as the motto of the Federation says "Bersekutu Bertambah Mutu" translation "Unity is Strength". It is you the people of the United States who will bring your country back to its feet and turn things around for the better and the painful episode of your country will never happen again not just today but for future generations.

Thank you for caring. It is shocking and hard to find how far And how hard we’ve fallen in such a short time. It’s surprising but good to find out people like you care. We’re working on it.

@@nickledndimed We here in Malaysia are deeply sympathetic to you the people who bore the brunt of the failure of your leadership, the evils that befell your country and a very badly damaged society your facing today. We are pleased to see the real ordinary, diverse, hardworking, creative and friendly face of the American people who including yourself are standing tall and speaking up to change the country's destiny for the better. Don't lose hope with perseverance, faith and determination you all and the United States will bounce back into a new era that is respected and honored throughout the world and will never be the same again.

I love this. This was always my favorite part of the convention but this format is so much better. Give you a feel for who they are and what they care about and want from the nominee.
