Judith Butler did to fascism what she did to gender. The original definition did not fit her rhetoric so she changed it. The idiocy of this practice is that when we think “words have meaning” is that the meaning is what’s important and not the word itself, which is a symbol. Such as Jesus said “For which is greater, the gift or the altar that sanctifies the gift?” Matt 23:17-19. If you shift the definition of fascism not to be fascism then fascism is not fascism but something else. Hence fascism must be defined in its 20th century terms, because if fascism=authoritarianism then Judith Butler is a fascist.

If I had the opportunity to not have to be at the dreaded day job I would be a farmer, not an artist or a writer. Instead I have to wake up early, feed the animals, go to work for 10-12 hours, then stay up late seeding trays or transplanting seedlings, then wake up early the next day and make sure everything is watered and irrigation system is running well.

Or maybe she was having delusions and paranoia because of being mentally ill. Sometimes mentally ill people get delusions and paranoia and think people close to them are out to get them. When they are on the correct medications, that usually goes away. My sister is mentally ill (schizophrenic), and when she was hospitalized, she thought the nursing staff was trying to poison her food. After she was on the correct medication, those thoughts went away.

Just because you take meds doesn't mean there's anything in your background that would raise any red flags. Medical records are private. Therefore, they wouldn't be available to any gun store that runs a background check. Background checks probably only check for any incidents with police involvement.

I watched a movie with the same story line. The wife set into place, a scene that would look like the husband killed her. He’d be distraught thinking someone else did it, of course. But she had things put into place that made it look like he was doing it. She’d ask him to go to the bank so he’d be on camera taking money out. They’d see how much it was and it would line up with other things. She voiced his abuse to people subtly. She staged a fight with him thinking she was going crazy, made it loud enough s the neighbors would come out. She tussled herself up and whatever. Then faked her death in his kitchen I think. But she had left the country. The police wouldn’t believe a word. One guy, I forget who.. police or Maine character or friend of the wife idk, but the noticed something off, looked into it and built their own case. She was found not dead eventually. Almost like the movie double jeopardy but I don’t think this guy went to jail if he did it wasn’t for the full sentence before she was found. So maybe she planned it, but why is he so casual about it. Maybe both know about it together
