Of course he made mistakes, primarily in being too close to Bush and his right wing administration in the US. Ultimately this caused to him to be led astray regarding Iraq which is a fantastic shame, because it lets the self centered Tory supporters sideline all the good things that happened under the Blair administration. All makes perfect sense, very fair, and coming from the heart. Wow, my mind would be fundamentally more at ease if I knew our government were following this plan. This speech was inspirational. I urge our government, if they have any desire to do what's best for the people of the UK at all, to pass a motion of no confidence in Liz Truss and the Tory government; This isn't about parties anymore - this is a case of choosing whether you support putting the majority of people through years of hell for a.. petty.. short-term win, or whether you choose to allow people all over the country the opportunity to truly make the positive difference to each others' lives that we want to. This plan is strong, and I don't think it's possible that the public could possibly think Liz Truss or the Tory party have any hope for running this country at the moment, especially considering how the last year has played out. Maybe sooner rather than later then- it's time to stop digging, swallow the bitter pill, and admit that you were wrong, before it's too late - at least it'll take the fumbling Tory party out of the limelight - maybe you could even learn something, feel free to have a midlife crisis if you like, take some time out, maybe embrace newfound actual values about your purpose in life, see what life could be. Kier Starmer has my vote any day, and I will work my socks of in order to achieve the goals laid out in this plan! Bring on the real growth!

UK politics is playing out as pre-determined by the Establishment. Using its propaganda-wing state broadcaster BBC and its corporate owned and controlled press, Tory or Labour governments are selected on the basis of which can best serve the interests of Establishment at the time. The next act is an early general election to get Starmer elected PM because he's more rightwing authoritarian than many Tory MPs. Out of 650 MP’s, Starmer was the only one invited to become a member of the US rightwing neo-con's Trilateral Commission, founded in 1973 by US billionaire Nelson Rockefeller. All part of the increasing authoritarian lurch in the UK, in goosestep with the US and EU etc.

This must be the best opportunity the Labour Party will ever have to sweep back into power. Before this conference I said the Labour Party still wasn't ready. Oh, how wrong I was. Now is the time. Push on. Move forward.

It could probably work 'better' than it has so far if they put more competent and practical people in to negotiate on our behalf (not that I wanted Brexit in the first place)

"The Labour Party is a criminal conspiracy against its members." Starmer opposes the strikes and public ownership of electricity etc., because only a rightwing-led Labour Party like Blair's New Labour is allowed to govern. The Establishment got rid of Corbyn and it now has Starmer lined up for PM because he's more rightwing authoritarian than many Tories.

Depressed, this sociopath is who i’m going to have to vote for to get rid of the effing tories. And no I wasn’t a fan of corbyn either, but there must be a decent human in labour somewhere.

@@garyspruce7736 I believe in a plan, integrity and a better future for my son, you don’t have to fully believe in someone or something as long as their aspirations align with your own. Why would anyone chuck a vote down the drain when the promises from the opposition aren’t even articulated let alone aspirational?
@garyspruce77362 жыл бұрын
@@gameinthelifex so the tories have said they would be there by 2035 , which would still be hard to achieve. Or you listen to labour who say they can achieve it by 2030 which is impossible. I can't believe in it at all, unless you can convince me otherwise.

Lots to like here for an estranged Labour voter such as myself. I feel as though I might be able to tick the Labour box again. However, I still need assurance on immigration, controlling borders, shifting emphasis away from everyone going to university and more towards incentivising apprenticeships and agricultural work i.e. things that we really need. The NHS needs major reform to cut waste and bureaucracy. Reform of electoral system to PR will be positive. No rejoining the EU or single market, that will just lead to cheap labour undercutting UK workers again. Note how many times he said and stressed "Britain" or "British". We set up a great welfare state in 1945 before the EU existed, we can do these things as a sovereign nation.

Same old waffle & talking points that only ever end up crippling the working class. I’ll never vote for Starmer. EVER! I’ll never vote for any party who is planning to enforce WEF plans which is every manifesto apart from Reforms. On that basis, I’m purely voting on manifesto. I’m very aware they’re ex-tory & pro brexit & I don’t give a rats rear end about that. I’m sick of living in a country where the working class are crippled in every way, shape & form. I’m sick of working my rear end off & ending up in more debt because of globalist policies. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
