Any immigration officer, Custom officer or Airport staff posted to Kumasi and misbehave by demand anfd forcing travelers to give you money will be monitored closely by Kumasi youth and report you. We will not allow you to disgrace the people of Kumasi with your selfish and greedy money conscious attitude at the check point will not be tilting Kumasi airport to disgrace Asanteman and also to frustrate innocent travelers especially foreigners to discourage them from choosing Kumasi Airport. Brother, just ignore those who say the Prempeh 1 airport is not an international one. They're all against Kumasi development and the Ashanti Region in general. They're anti-Ashanti, that's all. This will certainly be a vibrant airport internationally where more flights will fly directly to shame the anti-Ashantis. Let's keep our fingers crossed. It's only a matter of time, period!

The only thing I’m praying for is that customer service is better than what we experience at the domestic terminal. Especially, Passion air staff at Kumasi are so rude. 90% of them should not have a job. I have nothing bad to say about the staff at Accra.
