Prosecutor needs to stand still. Walking away from the mic significantly affects his volume plus he speaks softly. Arrrggg!! Very distracting.

when people ARE guilty why do people defend them knowing if I was guilty of a crime and someone defended me that would prove to me that they dont care if Im guilty and believe in getting people convicted not guilty when you are smh

Look up the case of Gideon v. Wainwright. That case is why even guilty people have representation. Interesting case and it changed the way people are represented, also since that case now it is the reason why cases may take longer than usual. Before right to an attorney cases were in and out of court. I agree though, if you guilty why waste attorney time.

Like the other person said innocent until proven guilty, she has the right to proper counsel someone has to do it regardless of how they might feel also money is another reason. U may not like it but she still has constitutional rights and I'm certainly not willing to give up my rights just because some people who are guilty of murder get away with it.

It's one of the best parts of our country that people are innocent until proven guilty. While that is factual, sometimes it seems like guilty until proven innocent. Let's not forget the other constitutional right, which is one we all love, that is the freedom of speech.
