Dr. Abott is spot on. There is also video footage from a firefighter of an encampment on the top of this hill. The encampment had ongoing development, tools, building materials and propane tanks.

Thanks for great coverage. Lake Hodges is way down because of the Dam not getting maintenance, someone should investigate that while considering fire risks.
