Defense guy must have been very frustrated and defeated after questioning Kate. He didn't get the big moments he thought he would, and he came off frustrated and as if he was trying to control her answers cuz there was info he didn't want her to give. He even flat out lied when judge said that she was answering his question despite the fact he might not like the answer and he replied, "oh I like it" trying to cover, even though he obviously didn't, that's why he requested the judge try to control her. He didn't like many answers she gave and tried to cover and switch topics quickly. What he thought would be a win, was a huge loss!

That "Die in Prison" that Rashbaum kept honing in on was really getting to KM! Look how young she is to have thrown her life away like this. She wasn't trying to protect SG or her kids she was trying to get away with murder. If she was truly wanting to give the Markels closure she should have just admitted to it in 2016 she would have had 7 years of redemption under her belt by now.

He's trying to point out to the Jury that there's every incentive for KM to lie to try and improve her chances in the next hearing she has pending. Sadly she likely will get a reduced sentence. Likely 25 years. The SA probably considered giving her an offer but realised what this would look like to the jury - that she was being bough in her testimony.

Oh my god if anybody thinks Katie was telling the truth on the stand yesterday, please go watch her proffer. The reason she didn’t except the immunity deal is because she had nothing on Charlie. She couldn’t hand him over because she was the mastermind behind this and he is innocent. Before I watched her proffer, and before he took the stand, I wanted to see all the Addison’s rotten jail and now I admit, shame on me I judged that family without hearing both sides. I believed he was guilty before he was proven guilty. I hope I have learned a lesson. I understand now why it is reiterated time and time again over and over and over that someone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law and there is no way this court has proven he is guilty. The only one I’m not stand who has told the truth has been Charlie and his sister.

@@Mags7760 look, I was with everybody else before I watched her proffer, and before I saw Charlie’s testimony. I wanted to see the entire Adelson family rot in jail for the rest of their miserable lives. I’m not working at the moment, so I’ve had plenty of time to go and rewatch trials, testimonies, and proffers and Charlie’s testimony. If you could just open your mind just to the possibility that I could be right please go and watch Katie’s two proffers. I will bet my last dollar on it Charlie is telling the truth. Everybody is wondering why he has an answer for everything well, that’s because he knows the truth the prosecutor is asking him the questions and he’s answering them truthfully, as opposed to Katie. I’m not just saying this on a whim, I knew I would be crucified for saying it but I don’t care because it’s worth it because I know 100% he’s innocent. Do me a favor before you comment something nasty again rewatch some of the past testimony of the last two trials, and watch Katie‘s two proffers and you will see the light. It’s all clear why she didn’t except the immunity deal. Nobody in the right mind would not except that deal, right? Everybody’s wondering why in the world she wouldn’t except that deal well, it’s because she could not except that deal. She has nothing on Charlie zero zippo zilch nada nothing.

I hate how the defense attorney looks at the jury while he’s asking questions. He always has this “got cha” expression on his face as if what he’s eliciting from the witness is going to blow the case wide open and confirm his client’s innocence. No sir, there’s no big got cha moment for you or your client, no matter how loud you get or what expressions you make towards the jury. Charlie is ridiculously guilty and his defense is laughable.

Just love SGT.CORBITT! The most professional, knowledgeable, easy going, incredible witness I have ever seen on the stand. And I’ve watched lots of trials. He says that during the week of the murder, Donna and Harvey were living at the ICON. That is only partly true. They still had their home in Coral Springs and didn’t sell it until a year later in 8/2015. They spent weekends at the ICON,but spent the days Harvey worked in their Coral Springs home.

State prosecutors are meticulous, concise, detailed, their witnesses are as good as the evidence, its crystal clear everyone in this family is involved, the masterminds of the family is Donna n Charles, then Harvey follows her wife's lead, of cuz Wendi is a princesses of the family, that's their roles, so anything Donna says it goes, then Charlie is an enforcer of the family, playboy, druggie, have connections, many girls to mess with, money as well, Harvey is a toy father, follow where he's told go, Princesses whatever she wants, she get it, from a younger age it's bn that way, hence she complains, moans instead of standing for herself, it's just a weak position for an adult to rely on family all the time, now look what she did, she started all of this n might be lucky not to be prosecuted, it seems, the rest is just the matter of time it's coming

This is how I know the defense is doing a great job: for the first time since I heard about this case (and I’ve been following it for many years) I felt an inkling of empathy for Charlie. Don’t get me wrong… I’ll get over it because I’m certain he did this crime. I’m just saying that I bet he wishes right now that he hadn’t and I bet he realized his family is gonna let him take the fall for all of them. I wish he’d been offered a deal to get Wendi in prison because for me… she’s the monster.

I wish the prosecution would have questioned Erika more about that phone call. Charlie never asked her “Why” the FBI was there. I find that very telling. He never speculated with her about it. He immediately went to advising Erika and gaslighting her to not talk to the FBI. 3:46:58

So here is a question to all parents over the age of 65. You have 2 children facing prison, you are in the twilight of your life knowing you have maybe 20 years left of your life. Two of your children are facing life in prison. Your grandchildren face loosing not only their mother but uncle, and grandparents. You have it within your power to take the blame and let your children live long full lives. But, you choose instead to sit back and watch your kids go to prison and yourself face prison and lose everything, literarily. What do you do? Are you a coward who sits back and lets your children go to prison? Or do you show courage and take the fall for your kids. How much do you "really love your children?" Or are they just objects to be used by you. Sacrifice all for self.
