Judge is so unprofessional she needs to be removed. I’m sick of her huffing and puffing swiveling her chair back around and around if she has something better to do go get her removed.

Seems to me that they need to do a complete over haul with this police department and some of the firefighters as well. I wouldn't feel safe n that community, and I work with the police & fire. It's my job. These people are an embarrassment and the reason why there is such a negative thought in people's minds.

Buuutttt unfortunately, they never will and never will have the resources and backing to do so. I’m pretty sure Boston (or at least Mass) was one of the first places to have “law enforcement”

They need to relieve Lt Gallagher of His job because He can’t do it. This is unbelievable. You wonder why He acts very defensive and rude and not only that Mr Gallagher is making excuses for going inside The house to ask questions and to see if there is any evidence of matching glasses. Just watch how He is looking over at The Jury.

The judge is friends of the Alberts and the McCabes. They call her Aunty Bev. She should have recused herself. If her judge position is an elected office I hope she is voted out.

This has been a great trial, the defense rocks and the prosecution is just uninteresting/flat.

Disgusting! EMTs, firefighters, and cops are not on trial. My god it doesn't matter if people were friends in high school or whatever happened with the cop and the brother of the homeowner 22 years ago. None of this is relevant and should not come in.

100 percent agreed. But they have no other defense. We are asked to disbelieve approx 30 people and believe one!

These are strange comments. Why did all the people lie and say they didn’t have a relationship? Why did everybody in the house get a new phone and the police never took their phones for review. How strange is it, that a guy was coming to your gnome for a party, that you work with and his found dead/dying on your lawn and you never come out of your house.
