The immigration lawyer said Nickkole would be deported (subject to removal). So depending on how long it takes them to process her deportation she wil be free to live her life back in Costa Rica where her dad resides at that time. The judge said nothing about how long of an actual sentence will have to be satisfied before deportation which I believe should have been addressed.

My moms neighbor beats her kids and yells at them every time she gets them. She has some custody of them. My sister has called the cops and cps to report the abuse on those children. You could clearly here the mom say at times that she's going to "lock" them up again. You could hear the children crying. Cops failed to show up. They werent even going to take the report because my sister wanted to do an anonymous reporting. She was forced to say her info. When she called cps they pointed the finger at the cops saying that they couldn't go do a welfare check without the PD reporting it to them directly. Soo basically nothing was done. Good thing calls are recorded because God forbid anything does happen to any of those children, cops and cps failed them too! Smh.

But don't forget that this woman was given a second chance, because she is still alive, and will eventually be released from prison and continue on living her life. Unlike the innocent child who was killed, and will never get a second chance to live in this world. So if we say that "God gives us many chances" then unfortunately this gives some people the mistaken idea that it's alright to commit murder, or any other violent crimes. Because the perpetrators can then say to themselves and to others, that in God's eyes it's alright to do whatever you want to do, as God has given us as many chances to perpetrate crime. Most jurisdictions in the US have abolished the Death Penalty, so in many cases of homicide, or some other major crimes, the perpetrator is usually given a prison sentence of; life without the possibility of parole, instead of the DP. So therefore those perpetrators have been given a "second chance" because, although they will never be released from prison, they are still alive, instead of being executed.
