Yep. They have a 98 conviction percentage.. they didn’t have enough or they would’ve 100% charged them all.. it’s pretty ridiculous how bad this case is. Any juror with a good head on their shoulders sees how bias this judge is. This trial should’ve been tossed out multiple times due to all type of mistakes by the prosecution.

I hope Mr. Steele (and others) file all kinds of complaints against this judge. There's no reason whatsoever for him to speak to Mr. Steele (in particular) in the demeaning, belittling manner in which he chooses to speak (not to mention Mr. Steele literally couldn't be any more polite or respectful than he is as he calls him "the honorable judge"....etc). The judge literally chastises the guy like he's a child....yet Brian Steele is a multi millionaire lawyer who happens to be the most successful defense attorney in the entire state of Ga! This judge just seems to snap for no reason at all. This is what is known as a "power trip".

From the very beginning they requested a mistrial and the judge denied it knowing the prosecution was wrong in so many ways when it came to opening statements and the PowerPoint presentation. She never sent the defense team what they all had to share among each other PRIOR to opening statements

In my opinion and I watch the trial everyday, the state has no case for RICO against any of them. Now because they know they the state are losing the trial this far, now they want to punish the witness they gave a plea deal to because they don't like his answers. This trial is based on convicting these men on past convictions that they have already pled guilty to and served time for. It's a shame.

Defense should have let state play all the video of Tick's court hearing about his plea deal so everyone could see how mean and unlawful this judge is.
