gurl i NEVER shampoo my hair once . most of the time twice and sometimes even 3 times when my hair REALLY needs that cleanse

Fun fact: After doing a hot oil treatment, if you wash your hair with just shampoo (NO WATER ADDED), it will lift more oil and dirt from the scalp. No need to used expensive shampoo either. The shampoo will remove the oil quicker without water (oil and water don’t mix), and won’t strip your hair. Then rinse, and then continue your normal hair routine with your regular shampoo. I went to a hair show, and learned this from a seasoned stylist. I’ve been doing it for years.

when your hair gets smushed .. mist spray with water all the smushed and frizzy areas .. walk away for abt a minute & the curls will begin to revert ! scrunch with a lightweight product of your choice & you're good to go !!

For better penetration of the conditioner on your hair put water sis!! (With a water spray bottle for example) all those products will better sit on your hair!

Try my method😘 Baking soda and water to cleanse,white distilled vinegar to condition, then finale rinse with essentia water,then when fully dry spritz with all natural food grade rose water

I think it would be ok. My mum has type 2B hair and she uses leave in conditioner because it is dry and damaged from hair dye and diabetes. It works just fine on her. I also use it on my 3B /3C hair.
