dude I can not thank you enough for this tutorial. I have been struggling for a few years with this.. @bend-tech should have done this. Thank you soo much for your detailed video.

This looks so easy to use, I was starting to develop a roll-cage in inventor and it would probably take days to get it done with inventor

You have given me some really good ideas on how to go about making hard panier racks, the kind you would normally see on an ADV bike, for my 2001 Yamaha FZ1. I wanted to incorporate multiple action camera mounts as well.

Very cool. I drew up my 4500 class samurai in a very basic 2d cad program. I just might have to purchase Bend Tech.

Amazing job of explaining and teaching things that are actually needed. Anybody can go into Bendtech and make a cage, but will it fit the motor, yourself or the components you are using!! Well done! KEEP IT UP!

As a engineering student next year and learning to weld right now I want to build a structurally sound vehicle.

Do you have the 3D printer files for your Digital Angle Gauge and the "tube blocks" for the pliers you have the angle finder clamped to? These look easy to use. I'm building a roll cage, but I'm not great at using CAD. I have a Creality 3D printer. Can you send me the files if possible?

Hey what got you into trying to build a trophy truck? And how did you learn? I’m a young 20 year old and I wanna start my journey to building a trophy truck and learn how to weld and fab a chassis to eventual suspension and then sky is the limit. This has been catching my eye a lot more recently because its something I’m actually passionate about I do plumbing right now and it’s a good job once I get deeper in but I enjoy motor sports that’s my greatest enjoyment. I’m hoping I can start heading in the direction of being able to pursue my passion and then the Baja 1000 one day. I don’t need to win. I’d like to. But I’d be happy just being able to take my old man on a ride in a truck i wish he can drive everyday

Love the videos, what version of Bend-Tech are you using, i'm looking at purchasing the PRO version?

Great series of build videos, question about Bend Tech, I have found that when I make pick points my resolution is 1" so if I enter 3.75 I will get 4 or if entering say 3.25 then it is 3 so my question is there a setting I can't find to make the resolution better? when making or setting pick points I can enter lets say first bend starts at 20.625 and I set my pick point to that and if I go down a tube and come off of it using other measurements it appears that it is working as I have entered but if I go back later and use the verify mode in pick points I don't get the decimal value but only the inch value so I have no idea what the actual position of a pick point is because using verify does not list any of the decimals. I discovered this after transferring a sand rail into Bend Tech Pro from a set of blue prints and it quickly became problematic with things not lining up. Not sure what to think about it and its accuracy when I can't verify and am interested in your input and if you have noticed anything yourself.

Hallo Love your video's Bough langmuire xr thanks to you Question Why not building 1 side and mirror it like in fusion? Greetings
@ntdracing2 жыл бұрын
I hope your XR is living up to your expectations. Love mine. In reality, I basically did mirror all the pick points. For example…when I would make a pick point on the left side of the chassis, I would then just click the right arrow and put the same one on the other side. I will have to look to see if Bend-Tech can mirror the same way that you can in F360.

funny story bend tech is another one of those good companys around here just being a few miles away welding jobs at a good pay.. so i know that the company use to build for the oil plant also a few miles away alll uniion jobs but about 3 years ago bend tech in duluth min was sold to a off shore company pretty much strictly for the massive benders they can heat treat ect but funny how a company built on a shipping port gets supplys bends welds ultra sounds everything they do paint and ships two miles to the oil refinery and now they use the dragons to do orders making it a better more open platform for everyone vs company to company only. a lot of good jobs where lost but again the oil plate needed to rebuild there turn around as it was so husky got super f'''''' when it started on fire clearing out the city 2 months after buying it they paid everyone for everything when it went up in flames. i worked a few blocks away for stack bros pipe based company witch was also built from bend tech to help build oil plant but youd never know how immportant just this one company is or history being a prefect place off the port next to russel steel also metal based next to eacch other that have built this city a half a mile away from a port based cement plate as well as we are known for export of raw tact and coal export. if it isnt shipping its trains if it isnt trains its trucked. if it's not superior then it's not good enough jk superior wis and duluth min is pretty much one city but we grown to a big city over this small company and a few port side companys..... if you came and stayed its because your car didnt start when it was neg 10 and if you havent seen 4 seasons in a day its not superior. bend tech is just another warehouse metal based company most guys pass by not knowing how immportant they have been and will always be as long as we make oil we need that company. now i know the dragons shipping dreams'
