Here’s some tips from a Level 3 CMMA Instructor 1st Dan. What I would say is you should start developing a healthy diet (if you haven’t) and start doing some cardio or normal fitness. Some exercises using the artist “Tabata” will do as it does countdowns I guess in middle of exercise. I will be watching your progression so good luck, also I will be giving more tips 😊

Hello, I have been doing muay thai for about a little more than a year and i’m here to give you some tips 1. Your kicks are good but if your kicking with the right leg, drop your right arm but keep your left arm glued to your face. You should see the tutorial from kevin lee. He demonstrates arm movement really well and see the tutorial from Sean Fagan for the actual kick and footwork. 2. Pivot your foot or step out to the side a little more. 3. You can chamber your kicks but just not too much. Pivot it about 10-20% for maximum power. 4. Never hit with your foot. Hit with the lower shin 5. Make sounds when you kick. Make like a “shhh” sound. 6. Watch a lot of one championship muay thai. You can learn a lot just from that. I will be watching your progress with passion. Me personally i am a fan of one championship but also like ufc.
