I’ve been playing with uv resin for about seven months now and everything always comes out so smooth!

May I know how it works? Like, what do you do? It dries? How long does it dry? And do you buy or make resin?

Abigail Rose Cruz It’s UV reactive resin so it cures underneath a UV light. How long it takes to cure depends on how big the piece is and the opacity of the resin. Solid colours are more of a pain to cure than opaque ones. And resin is a chemical mix that you have to buy. You can get UV resin relatively cheap online if you look in the right places and moulds can either be dirt cheap or get as high as $30USD

How long do you cure the items n what is the resin that you use n the colourant? Me n my kids started n ours are tacky n sticky what are we doing wrong? We use uv resin n a uv nail lamp n the colorant we use is runny inside when we’re done :( tips would be great thank you
