To be fair this is down to Saqik Khan and government. They could order this event to be moved to Hyde Park as the officer said and hold the event organisers legally liable and people taking part in the dancing if they don't comply. It should not be costing tax-payers £11 million that's outrageous. Charge £10 to get in and have a metal loop for knife and weapons detection to protect officers.
