I think Charlie absolutely nailed it. Children are finding it harder to find their people and will latch on to a viewpoint that makes them part of a group and will defend it until the bitter end. A loner will go to a group that ‘accepts everyone’ and ‘doesn’t judge’ by doing that they never find out who they are and that struggle causes mental illness and their struggles.

The way he went on about the Daily Mail. They always report the trans (doesn't exist)person and the gender they say they are. It is always 'she' when it so obviously a 'he' so they are deluded and agreeing with it. I don't know where he got that from. It's only in the comments on those stories that the sensible people correct the Daily Mail on their stance.
