Its amazing how well Miguel has played all these years he is a true natural golfer I love his swing and rhythm you can always find this guy on the leader board in any golf tournament in any country around the world. Thanks for sharing and I hope Miguel wins the British Open.

I like to do my old Cross Fit warm up routine...takes me about 10 minutes, 3 sets of 4 exercises (5 but I leave out the sit ups) then swing two clubs both right handed and "left handed"...I got that from Freddie Couples warm up tips (a 3 handicapper).

"Excellent" ... I've long considered this approach as the "1 Minute Warm-Up" for Good Golf and recommend my students do it first this in the morning after getting out of bed. ... Screw696, how many professional tournaments have you won? Miguel has won over 22 with that swing you call the ugliest in golf. It is a proven fact that the swing doesn't have to be pretty to be effective. My point to this is Miguel's swing, Lee Trevino, Jim Furyk, Tommy Gainey. The only thing that matters are the results these guys get from their swings, not the looks.
