She us talking about no one doing anything about gun violence, but her office under her direction does not want to charge any POC with any gun crime. We have youths carjacking with guns arrested 20 plus times and she will not charge them. Perhaps it is time for her to resign from the position and go back to being a public defender.

She's delusional and has not idea what actual law enforcement work is like. "He could have fled, but he was never given that chance" 22:57. And she's upset that witnesses got lawyers? That's their right, and given the nature of this case, a good idea. She doesn't like their lawyers? So what, it's not her choice. The documents provided by the defense attorney prove Many of Moriarty's statements wrong. She needs to go.

Resignation shouldn’t be an option. License to practice should be revoked. Resigning just allows her to go elsewhere. She was given power because she will tow the line. WATCH “Will you go to hell for me?”

This lady is playing everyone. This lady is who yall voted to be the county prosecutor?? 😳 She needs to definitely resign. She is not capable. Her voice is trembling and not for the right reasons. Everyone in that state should be worried with her in that position. This is why the real criminals are not actually being held accountable. Was Mr. Cobbs death sad? Yes, the loss of life is. It would have also been sad if any of those officers would’ve been hurt. I watch the awful video. But the trooper shouldn’t be held accountable for “another black man being shot by a white man…" those were her words. Everybody is got to wake up. You can tell her position and her motives just by this speech alone. You can’t make me believe she actually gives 2 f**ks what the Cobb family feels. If she really did would’ve been honestly from the beginning. I’m truly baffled.

I'm confused, she isn't taking it to trial because ethically she can't. And because they would lose. And because there couldn't be... a... conversation about the issue if she did? Who is stopping this 'conversation'? Am people supposed to believe that they are sacrificing justice in this case in order to have a conversation about change? And that's supposed to make people feel better? Her sentences use words that sound like normal sentences but if you listen to the words, the sentences create questions. They don't provide logic and answers. She also is claiming they choose not to bring a cop 'who committed murder' to trial because everyone is too scared about the public being mean. And they are short staffed. Those don't seem like good reasons to let the most serious criminal offense go unanswered for. I can't understand how they think this is a good way to spin their bad decisions.
