I DAMN NEAR THREW MY PHONE!!!👀👀👀👀 I LOOOOOVE her interpretation of Deloris! 😍😍I've watched lots of different ones on KZbin, and seen Patina Miller, Alexandra Burke and Beverley Knight all live... They are all SPECTACULAR. EVERY DELORIS is DIFFERENT... and picked for a REASON. I think Nicole's twists on certain riffs in this song differ from the original in such a great way... What a powerhouse of a VOICE! And the attitude! HOT DAMN! Also... I can hear a bit of Stephanie Mills in her voice... Really reminds me of her... Truly amazing performance! I’m sorry but vocally, she blows Patina out of the water. I’m also glad that in the Korean international tour (look up “Fabulous Baby MBN MUSIC”) she’s in now, after that “Oh-ohh-ohh” riff at 2:35, she keeps it up the octave for that entire phrase until “feast your eyes”. Works so much better, it’s a bigger wow moment, and also healthier to stay up there than going down and back up as she’s doing in this video.

I’ve seen clips of your other performances where you sing songs of the great divas, and you can definitely feel that bit of “Tina Turner essence” you inject into your Deloris performance (only of the clips I’ve seen, haha), and it works wonderfully!
