I wonder if when they meant "modern", they meant "cheap Amazon knockoff Modern.". Actually no...I bet knockoffs are better than this.

"PLEASE HELP EPOSVOX" I have a HP 22 All-inOne PC with a Intel Celeron Processor that runs off WINDOWS 10 HOME system with a 4GB DDR4 MEMORY and a 256GB SSD hard drive .....now my question is I know these are low specs and probably can't handle the Elgato 1080p 60fps capture card but with these computer specs I'm looking for your expertise to setting up my own stream with the right CAPTURE CARD and the right components that will allow me to pick up my PUBG MOBILE video and audio with the party chat sounds teammates 🤞 please if you have any suggestions for me so I don't buy the wrong things it would greatly help me to stream from streamlabs OBS 🙏 I JUST SUBSCRIBED TO YOUR AMAZING CHANNEL

I know this is a late response, but I figured I'd still offer some help. If you're going to be streaming mobile games from your phone, you do not need a capture card. Capture cards are designed to capture devices such as consoles, cameras. and anything that has an HDMI out. If you want to capture gameplay from a mobile device or tablet, you need something like Elgato Screen Link. Basically it captures your phone/tablet then displays on the Elgato 4K Capture Utility app on your computer. Unfortunately the minimum requirement for Streamlabs OBS is 8GB of RAM. But it looks like OBS Studio minimum requirement is 4GB. Another option to stream mobile games is done on the Twitch app on the phone. Unfortunately this method won't capture audio from your teammates, but it will allow you to stream your gameplay and your mic on your phone without the need of a broadcasting software. Feel free to message me if you need help.

@@_longgaming I have figured out how to use the elgato capture card and still capture my game in 4k I use OBS studio but I had to buy a type c to a HDMI and I just plug that directly into the elgato I do not use the elgato software because in my personal opinion it's harder to stream because I am so used to using OBS studio All you have to do is switch from HDMI audio to analog audio and it will pick up your teammates talking as well but thank you for your help I do appreciate it

I'm a bit confused; the title of the video makes it seem like these are decent products, yet the products are garbage. But I suppose Microsoft just entering the market is the threat to Elgato, and the title is click-bait, so I get it...

That camera looks terrible, the microphones on every single one of those items sound god-awful and I wouldn't pay even $10 for headphones like that. Microsoft, colour me.....entirely unimpressed.

The consequences of not developing products in the webcams market. Microsoft got stuck on Lifecam cameras from mid 2010s. Logitech and Razer have gone way far.
@WereCatf Жыл бұрын
@@nic0psy Yeah. I have no experience with Razer, but Logitech certainly makes perfectly useable cameras with good image- and microphone-quality without breaking the bank. I've got a Logitech C922 Pro and it's quite frankly pretty great.

hhhhh Yes, after I bought it, I also found that Microsoft’s sound was a bit poor. I plan to buy a new hidock h1 after two years. It looks good.

Nice video! Dumb nit-pick stuff: If my experience means anything to you, I felt like the FPS gameplay on the TV in the background was really distracting from you - if my opinion means anything, might I suggest trying something a little less intense and a bit slower?

Can we just say how COMPLETELY INSANE this situation is? We're two years into a global pandemic, with literally hundreds of millions across the planet looking to multiply their work options, and good 4k webcams are still rarer than needles in a haystack!! I understand the hardware challenge but it's not THAT huge. Seriously, WTF??!
@XHackManiacX3 жыл бұрын
To play devils' advocate a bit here, I don't think most people need 4k webcams. And those that do need 4k video have options that aren't necessarily strapped to their monitor. Personally I don't think it's that much of a limitation either, I think there just isn't enough demand for them yet. I definitely predict we'll see a lot more of them in the future though.
@EposVox3 жыл бұрын
People definitely don't need 4K webcams for WFH, but this wasn't exactly a "modern" release by any webcam standard.
@nonesuch273 жыл бұрын
@@EposVox I agree that we don't exactly *need* 4k for WFH (though a 4k webcam is more about multipurpose), but I'd say in 2021 it's the high-res standard in the way that 1080p became the new high-res standard about 10 years ago. And again with the pandemic you'd expect manufacturers to be bit ahead of our needs in this area anyway.

@@nonesuch27 I mean the pandemic also came along with a chip shortage and major supply chain disruptions, and a diminished workforce.

Can't even stream on Series X without a capture card. On Xbox One X you could stream it through the Xbox Console Companion app on your PC and use OBS on top of that. Really wish they didn't remove that feature.

I'm not sure if you just didn't notice my question in your earlier video or simply chose to ignore it, so I'll just repeat it this once: Have you ever taken a look at wireless lavalier microphones or similar ones for people who need to be somewhat more mobile? Like e.g. I am into DIY-stuff and if I were into streaming, I could imagine myself having to wander around the workshop between different stations doing different tasks and a stationary microphone wouldn't really cut it. What'd you use in such a situation?

Wireless gear is hard if you're on a budget, there are very few products worth buying under $1000 and then over $1000 most of its fine as long as you don't buy 2.4ghz stuff. The Rode wireless GO, is probably your best bet on a budget, its 2.4Ghz which is less than ideal, but in a workshop its probably fine.
